PADI Diver Propulsion Vehicle

DPVs offer a thrilling way to see a lot of underwater territory in a brief amount of time. They scoot you through the water without kicking. Whether making a shore dive or diving from a boat, a DPV is a great way to see more and have a blast doing it.

During the classroom portion of this class students will learn basic skills related to using diver propulsion vehicles underwater. Students will review saftey procedures and diver ettiquette.

Open Water Dives

Students will gain practical experience handling a diver propulsion vehicle during the open water portion of this class. Students will learn how to properly plan a DPV dive, and control their DPV so as to dive their plan.
